At Heymann Lwenstein, the philosophy is rooted in minimal intervention and maximum terroir expression. Grapes are harvested by hand from these perilously steep terraces, fermented with native yeasts,

honeyed Semillon with 10% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muscadelle for acidity and floral aromas

crisp and fleshy with a touch of heat from the guindilla chillies in the marinade

combining clay with free-draining aeolian sands

along with touches of freshly cracked pepper and gentle spice
