Beef SharesWe currently offer 1 4, 1 2 and whole beef shares. Pricing is calculated from the rail weight or hanging weight of the carcass at the time it is processed. Pricing is as follows (All deposits will be deducted from the final balance when delivered or picked up) 1 4 Beef Share is $5. 35 lb on rail weight with a $250 deposit to reserve 1 2 Beef Share is $5. 20 lb on rail weight with a $500 deposit to reserve Whole Beef Share is $5. 10 lb on rail weight

Our quarter beef shares come with our standard cut and have limited options for customization

and we will work together to fill out your Cut Sheet
