The winery was founded by Andrew and Adam Mariani in 2007 on a site that was known for winemaking before Prohibition

This dry rosé is fruity and has fine minerality and acidity all creating the most beautiful balance

The wine is aged in large oak botti for up to a year and half and is bottled without fining or filtering or additional sulfur (minimal amounts are used at racking only)

Vines are aged from 25 to 35 years
