Big Salt Orange - OvumOvum Wines was established in 2011 by winemakers Ksenija and John House with the mission, like Brianne Day, of making wines with low intervention and letting the vintage and vineyards reflect the wine and not the vintner. Made from Pinot Gris, and Riesling, this wine has an orange pink hue due to skin contact with Pinot Gris, which is grey in color.
