2023 Ganevat Pinot Noir “Grusse en Billat”, Jura, FranceABOUT THE WINE Sourced from the limestone rich slopes of Grusse en Billat, a high altitude site near the village of Rotalier, this Pinot Noir is farmed biodynamically and vinified with the same minimalist ethos that defines all of Ganevats work. The 2023 vintage was fermented whole cluster with native yeasts and aged in used barrels, allowing the sites transparency to shine through. No sulfur is used at any stage, and bottling is done without fining
