Dark ruby in colour with notes of sweet blackcurrants on the nose. The palate has fresh black cherry and berries with a mineral character on the finish. Food Serve with roast chicken, charcuterie or mild hard cheeses. Region The vineyards of Beaujolais fall on the granite rich slopes
