Paritua Syrah 2021Deep, brooding syrah with an intensely fruity aroma and flavours suggesting plum, dark berries, cassis, dark pepper and toasty oak. Impressively proportioned wine from an excellent vintage. Its accessible now but should develop well in bottle.
