Coconut Lemongrass SorbetThe happiest moments of my life are marked by food events. This flavor was inspired when my husband and I tried Tom Kha Gai soup in Los Angeles Thai Town for the first time. With its sweet coconut, and bright lemongrass, he suggested I recreate it sorbet style. It is now a signature flavor and customer favorite.
