Wildlife Wines - African LionThis medium body delicious Cabernet has dark fruit flavors and smooth, structured tannins. Aromas of black cherry, blueberries and plums with toasted oak and a long, silky finish. A portion of every bottle sold goes towards saving African Lions. All of the fruit was gently destemmed and crushed, then inoculated. Each fermentation was pumped over twice daily, with the temperature peaking at 90 F.
