The method has been successfully validated in interlaboratory studies according to ISO 5725: 1986[1] on whole barley containing 2,9 g kg, 3,0 g kg, 7,4 g kg and 14,4 g kg of ochratoxin A, on whole maize containing 8,2 g kg and 16,3 g kg of ochratoxin A as well as on wheat bran containing 3,8 g kg and 4,5 g kg of ochratoxin A.
